Looks like we will be selling Zyclara

Not one derm considers it watered down aldara. It has higher market share then any other branded product in derm. You are idiots. And no way a "selling message" gets you sales with this product. Your already doomed.

It is the only topical AK product that is promoted you dummy. Beating Solaraze and Carac is no big deal. You are one of the Graceway kool-aid drinkers and you know nothing.

Im the idiot? How about generic 5% imiquimod and 5-FU? Pretty sure those go into the market as well genius! Carac and Solaraze are less than 6% of the market in my area. You have no clue. And your mom has loose lips.

You are an idiot. You said branded products and then mentioned two generics. Fool.

What are the key selling messages for Zyclara?

its actually got some good ones. dont let the idiots here drag you down. first it chops 10 weeks off of the dosing time of aldara- 6 weeks vs 16 weeks on AK trewatment because it can be dosed daily. its indicated for a much larger area 200cm squared vs 25 cm squared, efficacy is about the same if you consider all things. you cannot compare it head to head with aldara because the studies were run differently. zyclara was actually held to a higher standard. it had to clear baseline lesions and lesion that it revealed during treatment. aldara only was responsible for the baseline lesions to be gone......that said, the managed care coverage is horrible, especially with medicare, which makes up about 70% of the patients that need this kind of drug. it still has ndc blocks, pa's etc because insurance companies want people to fail on generic everything first. it is not indicated for basal cell carcinoma like aldara either.
its an immune response modifier so you are gonna have to learn some science to sell this one! its not a pimple drug or a steroid. it causes a fairly complicated immune cascade to turn on so the body will recognize precancer and viral infected cells. good luck with it its a fun sell.

Learn some science to sell it? Bwa ha ha. Docs don't want to hear anymore about the "memory" mechanism for imiquimod. If your still talking science then you've done a pretty bad job selling. Crap has been out for 10years! Learn some science. That's funny

I think Galderma has it figured out pretty well. We'll just hand out samples just like our other products. We don't know science and we sure as hell can't sell!!! Bwahahaha!!!!

Hey idiot....in case you cannot read, none of the points mentioned are talking science. They just highlight the selling messages moron. You really are slow huh? And yes, you better learn some science to sell it because you will be asked about it all the time. Off the wall questions some of these docs may just want to see that you know wtf your talking about. Like "man some of my patients really light up with this stuff but others I see no reaction at all. Why is that?" or heaven forbid you get a new PA in a clinic from some other specialty or from an office using 5-fu or PDT and they are not really familiar with why its better and you have to explain it to sell it....you will be dead in the water. And to actually sell this drug you have to get the docs to stop and think and go back to the nuts and bolts of moa's.
