Some Dey reps are such r*****s, and desperate quite frankly, that they call the Lincare reps to find out which docs are writing Brovana scrips.
 



Lincare a/k/a Med4Home has stopped dispensing Dey's DuoNeb in favor to Mylan first,and currently Nephron's version for close to 2 years, I wonder why? Could it be profit driven? Certainly it is not for a better product as I can attest to being a staunch if not loyal consumer of DuoNeb.As their pharmacy did not see it in their interest to dispense Dey's product,I,and I'm sure others had to find other providers to maintain their DuoNeb inventories.My point is I rather fight than switch and am fed up with entities like Lincare forcing their choices on unwilling cutomers.
 



Has it not occurred to anyone that Mylan/Dey wants all the "P" business to go to the home health industry? It's a dog, why pay a sales force when home health can do it? There are reasons for the abuse of Mylan/Dey reps, they'd like you to quit but if you don't, they'll let you go without even so much as a thought. Lincare reps are just doing what Mylan/Dey wants them to do.

Lincare reps get a commision on ALL neb meds they are able to get as well as the BIG potential for OXYGEN. And let me tell you, LINCARE and all of it's smaller companies, ie: United Medical, Med 4 Home etc. are all PIRANAHS!!!! They are a business only based company and DO NOT care one bit about the patients health. Ok money is money but when they send a nurse out to "explain" to you the proper use of your nebulizer, what they are actually doing is making that nurse convince you that you need oxygen at night. If you dont "qualify" they recheck you every 3 monthe or sooner if thier numbers are down and they need O2 orders for that month. So......Yes they want to do lunches with pharm reps. If they can get you to suggest to the physician that they can supply the neb med to the patient etc., then they just got a HUGE commision.

Wow. Where have you been? Don't tell me you just figured this out? By the way, they don't get a "HUGE" commission for anything.
