Lilly Diabetes Reps Managers and directors will know their fate by 1/12/18

That is why they gave out so many “Did Not Meet Expectations” this year! Lilly does this any time they are downsizing to use it as an excuse to get rid of whatever rep they want!!!! A majority of our sales are due to whether or not our products are on formulary. Patients don’t want to pay $400-$500/month for the 2nd Lowest Branded Copay!! Also, do you REALLY believe BRT data is accurate?!


You're so correct! I was one of those getting a DNME for 2016 after winning a Quota trip, Team MVP etc... I expect to lose my job Thursday. (I'm also over 50)

Nobody is getting let go because they are over 49. That’s called age discrimination. Anybody that thinks they are just going to let go old people needs to take a good look at labor laws. All things equal and seniority wins out here. Now they did offer early retirement to people with enough points but that’s hardly pushing all the older people out.
 




Dave Noesges and Mike Mason purposely hired all of these reps a year ago so that they could “redraw” territories and get rid of reps that have been with the company many years! These reps have more pension and higher salaries than those millennials that will be put in their place! It’s all to save the company money! This is what companies do when they are looking out to their five year plan! Pathetic!!!!
You actually believe that they hired and trained hundreds of reps and covered an expanded sale forces salary for a year and a half so they could Offer early exit packages to everyone that qualifies, start a neuro division that absorbed many. Just so they could fire a 100 reps that are over 50? Sorry I’m not buying it.
 




you must be new to lilly. Lilly has hired reps in the past and while they are in training at Indy announced changes and those reps in training were out. So, don’t kid yourself.

Although I agree most millenials are worthless, this one is right. To many reps on cruise control to retirement. I know of a few in all divisions that work maybe 25 hours a week. hey I feel for all of you but I just want to clarify something on the DNME. Derm division here and 4 in 10 reps per team got DNME. Performance could have been above average but then they make up BS behavior concerns about you that are false. This is the new Lilly. I hope for the best for all of you and that is if you can pursue your career at DR new Lilly or wherever you may end up. Good Luck DBU. You all truly are the profit makers of this company.

Oh and if THIS millennial is laid off I’ll just cut all expenses. Go move home and wait out till June and roll that severance in. Then take that money and go on some nice extended vacation. Maybe some where tropical. Once I’m back I’ll pad up the resume and find a job within the year. How’s that possible?!?! Because ....well...I’m not old and white and a snowflake (wahhh they’re taking my pension wahhh). #privilege #umad? ;)
 












we all just pray that Jesus be with our diabetes reps as they learn there fates. Just remember when a door closes a window opens which leads to our heavenly jesus arms of love. We thank you lord jesus for taking care of other reps who were selected to keep there jobs and bring lots of $$ to the company and we praise you for our leadership. Dave R is a god send to all of us.
