Yeah, can you believe that? Everyone gets a pay cut last year, LW takes that money and wastes it on some BS sales mtg over the weekend in Cabo. I'm sorry but if I'm going to a sales meeting, #1 it better not be on a weekend, and #2 it could be in Detroit for all I care because you're in a conference room all day anyway. This is just another example of how ridiculously run LW is from top to bottom. Anyone hired on here bought into a lie and now regrets it.

I was part of the reduction in sales force. There less than 9 months. Kind of a relief because I hated the company so much any way. Have you found another job? I'm having a difficult time explaining my short tenure at LW....
 






I understand your problem. It is hard to try to explain how you could be laid off after such a short period of time when the company is doing so well. Unless you have worked at LW you don't understand the lunacy. I have 1 firm offer and another tenative offer after 3 weeks of looking for a new position. .I feel your pain my friend. Im in same boat. Company totaly pulled the wool over my eyes, i left a great position to work for them, then they shit on you. LW blows and my manager was a total two faced pussy. Im getting a kick that some of the key players there are starting to fall to shit.

The are fire happy. They even announce in the sales training class that over half the class won't be here in 6 months. They insult you to the point of making you wonder if there is anything good about you. My current boss insults me so often about my sales ability(even with good numbers) and insults me by saying I act like I have never been in sales before.There have been several people kill themselves with CardioNet within the past year as well due to all the threats of being let go.
 










































I knew the day I started at this company it was a joke and I’m sorry I accepted the position. My manager didn’t know his head from his ass in every situation you can imagine. Totally clueless, whenever I had a question he looked at me like I asked him for an explanation of why black holes exist. I’m just waiting for him to get canned; he always worshiped KD.
 






Well I am sitting at my cube here in Rosemont, not doing a goddamn thing. And why you may ask? Because 30 people around me just got fired. Yup, 30...Gotta love LW. I am about to walk into a "townhall meeting" with the whole company to receive an explanation for all the firings. Why couldnt they just of fired me as well, take me out of my misery! I dont not want to go to this shit and listen to a bunch of jewish assholes tell me its my fault for the company downfall. Hopefully those fat asses over in IT will track this post back to me and fire me as well. I will keep everyone updated on the meeting.
