Yeah, does seem light in terms of manager displacements. I'm sure AZ will continue with their over/micro management of having only 8-10(max!) reps, unnecessary and redundant MONTHLY back to back ride days, for "coaching". What coaching??? All we do is read a script and click on a few TSi pages. That's all we can do. Please tell me there is a non-kool aid drinking mgr. that agrees with me. Mostly the docs are floored that they see AZ mgrs. so much. Solidifies in their mind the perception the managers are just shadowy figures in the corner sent out to babysit.
 




I called a local morning radio drive time show and esplained the chitchiation to them. i'm going to their studio monday. they will record the call and then if i get chit canned they will do they playback the following morning. I told them i would make it juicy on my end and ham it up since it would be a legal-ease canned script given by the boss. i hope the dj's chime in.
fuck az. this has been the WORST way to roll out a lay-off. sslt should be ashamed at their encompetent manner in which this has been handled. I'm at peace with it all. but i bet their are a few going off the deep end at the length this has drug on
 




Hey guys, this is great thread and for once a good use of this website. I am a Already Former Employee who was canned late last year for a bogus policy violation. I have no severance thats in jeopardy or loyalties at all to this company. Let me do the dirty work. I will read the updates on this thread on Monday and report to radio stations, news networks, Stern show, anything you want. It's actually nice to see team work for once!!! Will be the first to admit the herd needed to be thinned and most (not all) of us enjoyed a pretty good gig for a long time. But for crap we have put up with in micromanagement' scripting and stupid policy changes with the threat of our jobs over the last few years, you deserve to be let go in a more dignified fashion. Dragging it out like must feel like water-board torture. I would more than happy to help rather than those who lost their jobs putting their severance at risk.
 




I will be waiting in palm springs in training for my new job outside of the industry. If I'm gone...pay day. If I'm retained..."I hate to do this but I'm going to have to deliver my resignation."
