Let go (fired) during training...

Hey you fired fuck, you claim you have intelligence and know the difference between me and you without knowing anything about me, very intelligent. LOL. Actually my situation and economics is far netter than your whiny malcontent fired ass has now or will ever have. Reality hurts doesn't it Jethro? You again proved why Abbott was glad to get rid of a cancer like you. Enjoy your CSO low paying hack job and always remember; the world needs losers like you too to use as a baseline to measure the bottom of the industry! LOL

Nothing says winner like some poor troll that has nothing better to do than insult people on a CSO board.

Someone needs a hug.

Did you get that hug yet?

To answer the question honestly. All pharmaceutical companies fire people at training who do not pass the tests. Some are 80% and some are 90%. The percentage of people who are let go is not very high. If you study each night you will be fine. You do not need to be great a science to pass.

But do we hafta wear socks at training?

How would you like to run a company where your reps were giving out the wrong information about your products 20-30% of the time?

Who cares? Most of what I tell doctors about my product is made up as I go along. If you make it seem like you know what you are talking about they believe it. This is an incredibly easy job if you can BS on the fly.

I was terminated on the last day of training for being unable to sell Breathtek. It was a blessing in disguise because I was able to land a real, non-CSO job.

Geez, you must be a certifiable moron to get fired at a CSO training. Sounds like you may well be a product of fetal alcohol syndrome. Was your mother a heavy drinker when she was preggy with you? Where they get you inbred, mentally challenged, goof ball CSO reps from is beyond me. One thing is for sure. It is always hilarious to come over to this site and watch you CSO hacks whine and complain. It's like watching retarded monkeys at the zoo fight over a Milk Dud. LOL

No I got a real job with a real company. Not contract. It has been such a good thing. I am happy with my job now. Wasn't happy with the whole PTS thing. Win win for everyone .
Btw, it is in medical sales. They just don't put such a unrealistic approach to selling.

So it's a great job and you are so very happy there so that is why you come back to this site to post over and over again? LOL OK slappy, whatever story makes you feel good.

Sales representatives need to put the work in and study to pass the exams. With all the work in recruiting and pre employment screening, they really want you to pass your tests and get out to the field to sell.

I noticed we had exams where 50% the questions on the test were not even covered!

Training is horrible!!!!

Teachers flying by the seat of their pants....others who think this is a MD or Phd program and wont give an inch on anything...

If you take a random doctor and have them take some of the test we took, my guess is over 50% would fail, easily.
