Let go (fired) during training...

Heard the training differs on each contract, but I think they want to pass people through and give them the benefit of the doubt, because it only hurts the contract if people don't make it through.

I was on the AZ contact, and 1 person was let go, but they had another offer lined up, so I don't think they cared.

If you're too stupid to pass the tests what are they supposed to do hold your hand and give you the retarded version of the tests? Go work in retail.

Well I haven't applied yet, but I am thinking about breaking into the industry (currently at Paychex, great resume), and I am concerned about the testing. I am a business major and science is my weakness.

Just a bit concerned. I know I can always have my job at Paychex if something happens, as I have over 5 years and work my tail off.

Thanks for the feedback...how many were in that class, when 8 were let go?

10 people were in the class. 8 failed and were fired.
 










































Yeah, but your talking about AZ here so what did you expect? They fire their own reps during training. Have you read what the reps think of Publicis people on the Movantik post?
 






We are looked down upon by the AZ reps. We are shit under their boots. I plan on screwing any AZ rep I can if I have a fair shot at getting their job. I have a plan, and I will work it!

Do you really think that adults, most proven professionals with a lot of experience really give a flying rats' ass what the AZ reps think of them?

I was a top rep at a top company for over 10 years (Abbott), and got downsized because of a jerk manager, and I decided to work at PSS because I am sick and tired of the BS in this industry, and I believer that PSS is the best opportunity for me at this point in my life. My strategy is to sell hard everyday and work the territory like it is MINE.

I don't care about being so nice to these AZ people if they are not nice to me. That is the harsh reality of life. We are adults, and we are not going to put up with the BS from these AZ reps that think they are superior because they are the "manufacturer" rep. FU you and your "manufacturer" status. Get over it. Nobody cares. And everybody knows that you are on the chopping block like everyone else, so save up, and be thankful you have a good opportunity.
