They did, now they’re back. I’d love to know what idiot thinks I don’t already have a routing and I need some AI generated tool to tell me who I need to call on.

My favorite is sending RTE's to the spam filters at the different hospital groups. The company get so excited that they are being opened, but fail to realize that it is just a bot opening them and dumping them.
