No leadership does not care if FAS leaves because they are easily replaceable with the contract FAS at a much lower cost! Just remember you get what you pay for, they have little to no experience in reimbursement but hey they cost less and are dying to join the company!

I think he is the fucking man. Up to 35 people have left in recent months and more on the way. DR is in constant positive communication with the field team. For example, he just sent out a note that he is personally policing who can and can not attend meetings. His previous notes were about making sure your time cards are in on time. God damn he is the most motivational leader ever.
