There are/were plenty of Sunovion people at ALKs. ALKS would be a much better place if it were able to enjoy a fraction of the success that Sunovion did with Latuda

Latuda was a unique molecule/compound that was heavily discounted to the health plans. Bringing in DBLs and regionals from there to our Lybalvi market situation will be disaster. Just watch it happen.
 
















Wasted 4 years of my life at ALKS after being lured by the promise of a pipeline, great culture, etc. Yep, I allowed myself to be duped for a period of time. But thankfully, I woke up one morning and saw the writing on the wall. It’s been 7 years and all I can say there are great things out there for those willing to cut the cord. Put yourself and your family first and put down the koolaid. You will be happier
 




The grass is definitely greener on the other side of the fence in this instance! This company does an amazing job keeping you under thumb by their patient sob stories and tugging at your heart strings but when they are done with you they could care less. Mid level managers are inept and show if routinely, offices have called them and they can’t answer shit when we are out of territory. So look over the fence and see the world outside of Alkermes the cesspool of incompetence! Do not trust anyone! No matter what the Situation is the leaders will use you as a stepping stool and take all the credit.
 




Let's start with the basics, like logistics. JL is our expert, my ass! He's excellent at doing anything to get out of doing some work. This would be a good place to start.
 












I have two words for the leadership of this company, especially the DBL’s fuck you and the horse you rode in on you. All are a bunch of incompetent fuckhead that literally will stab your own people in the back for your own personal gain.
Thank you for showing your true colors of who you all really are you seriously must get together and conspire to figure out who you can fuck. This company is literally about nothing but personal gain and monetary manipulation otherwise the level of incompetence and management would be significantly less and they would weed out the worthless. The psychological manipulation for control of representatives by bringing in these fucking stupid ass patients to fucking get people to cry and tug at the heartstrings. It’s the only way you get people to stick around and endure the bullshit of the manipulation in this company, because people truly believe they’re valuable ass until they’re not we’re all a fucking bunch of numbers. Believe me this company will fucking forget about you within weeks of your departure. People who are your friends won’t give a shit about you when you’re gone nobody is your friend. Don’t believe for a second that they could care less about you.

All the employees need to follow the 30/30 rule to avoid burnout, work for 30 min then quit and go hiking for 30 days. Get fired and draw unemployment it’s a racquet seriously! It’s better than work!
