Seriously the captain of the Titanic was better than this organization. DBLs that don’t work for the betterment of their reps, RDs that are not capable of doing the hard tasks because they are confrontation averse, Reps that will stab others in the back for their own personal gain. No wonder everyone is praying for a way to jump ship!
 












Remember people you are a number, continue to draw the paycheck, work a few hours a week log your calls, kiss the ass of the leadership because those that are “Leaders” were your colleague not so long ago bitching about the company right along with you and now they are miraculously all knowing. Remember Vivitrol will be going generic soon, BMS is hiring and all the CNS meds are crap. So take the money before you get the shaft
 




Leadership is so self absorbed they don’t want to admit their consistent pattern of poor decisions is why we’re leaving. It’s not just the shiny new toy.

Honestly all I want from leadership is enough humility and sincerity to admit they fucked up and that they are dedicated to making it right.

But that’s a pipe dream because like everyone here has said, they do not give a rats ass about us.
 




Mark my words, they could care less about anybody or this is a Company making all of their money off of addiction and mental health and there have been many Emf lawyers that have suffered from addiction and from mental health disorders that made no effort to help them. They just looked at them as a liability. It’s all about the bottom line, no matter what if you look at the statistical analysis of those that win presidents club there are people that actually, have won and their Territories barely even sell enough to cover their salary, but they looked at in favored by the leader ship. This is the most narcissistic company that I’ve ever known Best thing that could ever happen and the most fitting thing that could ever happen would be that this company literally gets bought out by a big Pharma company and all these peoples have to start looking for new jobs.
 












Nepotism, bribes, discrimination, hostile work environment, lack of appropriate resources, lack of budget and lack of support; what else could you possibly want from our leaders?

GK and TN are idiots. They laugh and joke on the town hall as the stock continues to dive. How does the board let them hangs around??? They sound like dishwashers at a Pizza Hut.

Many more will leave in the next month or so, absolute mayhem. Sad they tried to bribe some behind closed doors that ended up getting blown wide open for the whole company to see. It really shows how unethical and corrupt the “leaders” at Alks truly are.

And stock continues to dive while the market is up again. These buffoons like TN need to go. How blind is the board. Even drunk Andrew couldn’t drive us this low into the ground.
