Trust the process. Minor setback for a major comeback

We’ve all been lied to by smith and nephew many times over the last few years. There is ZERO trust here. All management lost that trust, everyone of them should have been fired. SN is a good ole boy club, if you are in, you are protected. Sad state of affairs at smith and nephew. Nobody, and I mean nobody, trusts a word from leadership.

Trust is earned not given. Legacy leaders have lost it in spectacular fashion, new leaders have done nothing to earn it.
