Fido has more common sense than you, that's just obvious. Hmmm, let's put the 10 months together and come up with a logical solution. I know your common sense doesn't allow for logic but let's give this a try, the pig drug hasn't grown, it's a knock off of a 20 yr old drug w a higher co-pay & fuck up w that is embarrassing, the docs think it's a joke, the BS Ijoko has put us through has been insane, their poor leadership, management & launching skills have been over the top & the company w their nano technology is pathetic & a dead end. I'm praying for the layoff to get something that I'm worth in this industry. Any ?'s dumb ass? LOGIC!!!
 






Why so sensitive? You come on this board and say "I heard from a source" that the layoffs are coming. There is no source, the company will sell $40-50 million of this dog of a 20 year old drug. The trend is showing that we will be selling $100+ million of this dog next year. With all the Managed Care restrictions, that's not a horrible start.

And on top of that, there is the entitlement mentality of someone skimming a salary off of a company just waiting to get a payout to leave. This is a free country, and if you had any real worth and you didn't like Iroko you'd find your worth in the marketplace and leave, but no, it's people like you that cheat others that are willing to go out and earn their paycheck rather than waiting to be laid off.

If you knew anything about this industry, Iroko is not a company looking to slash and burn, they are going to dress this company up as much as possible, get sales as high as possible and sell the company to a willing buyer. It happens a lot in our industry even with what you call a dog. One person's trash is another person's treasure.

Yes, I heard they were moving forward with Plans on reps and managers which is really sad when you are looking at a product which is just in its 9th month out of the gate. Also heard they are giving them weekly quotas which other people in their areas are not hitting. I'm guessing this could prove to be a problem for them from a legal standpoint. I do wish you all the best though.
 






It's called a disguised downsize where they threaten reps and managers so they leave or get fired and it doesn't look like a downsizing which would effect morale. Again, they are scumbags and so are the ABMS AND RBMS. Counting the days till I'm done with this crap. But don't forget, your dynamic tracker is due this morning! What a fuckin joke! They are all out of their minds trying to one up the other RSM's. Texts on the weekend, emails on the weekends, scheduling conference calms for the next day that are mandatory, emails for managers at 4am, seriously-they are all afraid for their jibs!

Gee, spell much? Regardless, your post is right on! This job needs to go. The sales leadership is without a compass other than pure NRx numbers now. Let's see- only want us calling on customers who will spend time in "discussions" with us, but every discussion has now become begging for business or turning up heat on past promises of business. Yeah, I would really want to see this rep in my office! But publically we talk about being a valuable resource to our customers. Please!!! Stupidity is now in complete control

I would have to agree with this. Every indication from the RBM's wreaks of fear and an unhealthy culture above them, which is a complete disconnect from what is put out thru Andrew and in the multiple recorded messages.
