OMG!!! I just looked up Kadmon Pharmaceuticals. They have been hit with two seperate consent decrees'. Who aproved this deal? Heads should roll.
 












You really are stupid. What other company? The contract ends and everyone not already with Vivus are starting 9-1... I know you are trying to stir things up but at least try to do a better job than that.

you are either a mad former employee hoping the worst on others or a disgruntled stock holder. Either way, I hope Karma comes your way. Any person hoping that people he has never met lose their jobs shows what kind of disturbed way of thinking you have. It's a shame you lost your job or to a much lesser degree, lost a few bucks on Vivus stock(which I'm sure none of us forced you to buy), but I hope things get better in your life so you don't get so much enjoyment hoping the worst on mostly, pretty nice people who are just trying to work hard to be successful and feed their families.
 






Not mad, never worked for this company. Have a few friends that at one time with vivus, not reps. Trying to help you with what I'm hearing. It's up to you. Again, be looking!!

They're already are promoting Q. The question is why is Vivus, a publicly traded company, involved with a company who's owner is banded for life from being the CEO of a publicly traded company for insider trading violations. Never mind the two separate FDA concent decrees due to off-label promotion.

Past employee - good luck and I hope you guys who lost your job will end up in a much better place because all of us on this contract worked hard at some point! Lots of good times and bad-too bad great drug poor management. What areas lost manager?
 






Well it looks like all those PDI direct hires are our new replacements so it looks like these ass holes have done it again.

i had final interview yesterday. I was told week at corporate, home Labor Day weekend then home study that following week.

Apparently this is going to be a reorganization. Many current reps and managers are going to be displaced.

This should be interesting.
