She’s the only Compliance head who takes direction from the CEO. All others are independent, which means they can blow the whistle on their boss.
Not the case here, AG filters what she does.

here is the catch ...... she’s not even the compliance officer.....essentially she’s powerless. She reports to Manzano who is the GC and CCO. She can’t make any decisions without his input & he reports into the CEO directly. Manzano runs the show & she’s just the puppet that will take the fall once the feds come. Manzano has his own set of issues like being disbarred but then again you can’t be a senior exec at Sun without at least one scandal.
