HCNAWhich division? Iluyma?
Are you just trying to start rumors by just being broad?
How can you even think that this is a rumor? Wake up! Not a single product is meeting expectations or even coming close to target. 3 derm divisions for the revenue coming in from derm is crazy and they are waking up to this. Illumya is probably the safest. Absorica team is about to get wiped out. If you aren't actively interviewing elsewhere, shame on you.
Overall I agree and would add levulan could be at risk for either a reduction and or being folded into acne or Ilyuma. Here’s why:
Share is dropping, and we can’t get the big price increases to counter the declining share. That = less profit. So, where then do you turn ? To the cost side. And that means bodies will roll.
So, you’ll see marketing folded in with/under acne or Ilyma as well as some sales and sales management position. Without naming names, you can save a VP salary and a NSD salary (or two). There’s $1 million right there. Then you trim 10 reps = another $2 million (including benefits bonus and car).
That’s just a start.
Much more to come.
And yes, all should be actively looking.
All the managers were here this week and were informed.
Ok, so Sun Board of Directors did meet on Aug 28. It was their regular scheduled meeting. The question is what did they discuss. Layoffs may be on the table.
Dilip to replace the entire sales force with an Indian call center
What do you mean?Taro moving to Princeton

I agree. AG has totally screwed up the business here. DS was here in the US sometime back. The problem is they will not hire anyone competent from US and anyone moved from India is not in a position to get the ship on course.
I do think there will be a major consolidation of businesses, especially with Taro. If they can not get the sales up, they will take the cost-cutting measures to prop up the balance sheet and make it look great!
