No details. Said I'd get an email in the next couple days with details. Employed through the 22nd. Severance starts after that. I talked to manager who was cut and it was 2 weeks every year or 13 minimum. Lump sum paid out for insurance. Basically take your current plan value times your severance length and cut your a check. You are on your own to find insurance after that. Keep car until the 22nd too. Email and computer will have access until 22nd.
 












i was retained and recieved my call before 9am. My thoughts and they are just that are that they called the retained first. I was told the new geography and was asked if I wanted the job. I would think that they would wait to call those not safe until rhey got the yes or no from the original and trickle down the line if need be. Doesnt make sense to cut someone then the other rep quits and have to call the severed back. Good luck everyone!!!

I am sorry for all my friends that were cut. I am praying for everyone to find something better than Teva. I also feel sorry for those that got to stay for what they have been put through. It is just so sad that all these peoples lives were effected by some very bad decisions by some bad managers MS, CC DK, MJ. It was obvious at the last expansion some of the decisions made were made by some stupid people. This is a great opportunity to realize there are many better companies than Teva. Companies who walk the walk and talk the talk not just fools standing on a stage at a meeting trying to sell a bill of goods.
 






Chris Carney, how could you do this to us? After everything we did for you... It's about the people right? Isn't that what you told us at every meeting? We trusted you with our futures. Bloody hands dude.
 






Oh, and along with bloody hands, all of you top fuks have a laundry list of documented unsavory behavior. Cell phones have cameras on them and employees talk. We talk about all of the immoral, unethical, kinky things each one of you has done. So stupid. One of you forced yourself on someone who'd had too much to drink 2 years ago at a meeting. And part of it was filmed. Who was it? A few of you will wonder if it was you. Everyone will have the opportunity to see it at the upcoming meeting.
This division is done. No one has anything to lose at Teva anymore. If you're in Respiratory, get another job asap. If you want to believe Carney and the other paid shills who will tell you to keep working unworkable territories so Israeli investors can make extra bank before they ultimately screw you, you deserve what you get.
Biologics is all that will be left in respiratory by the end of the year. Eventually it will all go generic.
