Well, your guess is wrong in the HOPE that Lilly will treat people fairly. NOT the case. Been in pharma for 30 years. They will announce it via phone via your manager who finds out the day before he tells you. Next morning, reps will get a phone call from your manager saying "....therefore your territory has been eliminated." You may have a chance to move....but who wants to do that or be so desperate where they are forced to uproot and move to an unknown city?? FDE's salary goes to zero. Full time go on small severance. Leave now if you have a brain.

You must be on crack. Whenever ZS is involved, people will get messed over big time. No one cares about anyone but themselves. Performance has nothing to do with it. If anything, the higher performers will be cut because Lilly has to pay you more bonus.

You are in denial. The lilly insider is correct. Been in pharma 20 years, and this post is right on track. If you are not willing to move, get out now. You will be screwed and without a paycheck. For the fools who were lied to by management and hired as an FDE, with the promise that you will be full time after 2 years, and that the FDE is just a new way of Lilly hiring, but you will be fine....These managers are all LIERS. These FDE fools will be jobless or if lucky have to move. Who wants either of those options? Not me. I am out. Lilly managers could care less about people. They will lie to get every sales presentation out of us about Cymbalta until it goes generic.
