you cant have it both ways. if the company cheats me i expect restitution. if i cheat the company then i think they have every right to fire the a-hole. that being said, i have seen pleanty of good people harressed and ambushed my liers here. and thats wrong. but to forge signatures? that dont make it right.
but then thats why there is a tool called a 'pink slip' for a cheater. but for good and decent reps there should be an honest way to treat them. saddly, these stupid managers dont know how to tell the difference. they pain everyone with the same brush. but still, we must behave at the highest level. then we are on the side of right.

Yes, that is a painful read but the point is; dont be upset if you get fired for being a piece of shit. If you are a good worker and do your job (don't trace signatures) and still get ambushed and lied to and canned... then you have a beef.

ok, so how many of you work 8-5? very few, how many of you know reps who sit home and sign themselves? have more than one job and actually work their ass off. I know our ISR has hardly worked in three years per our mgr. Think back we have all been cheated out of bonus for years so most of us are just riding it out here. More power to those who have two jobs and a stock pile of cash. I just want out now.......

I been with this shit company for over 6 years and I dont know wtf they are! If you find out be sure to let ALL of us know. Its a completely usless designation, simular to the rest of the career ladder. What a joke.

These liers told us there would be a career ladder and then they used it to screw people and promote non-deserving FEI bastards. Very Nice Bob! Burn in hell!

Just to clear the air for assbags like yourself.....the majority of ISRs are not from FEI. They are tenured reps that have done much more than you obviously ever have. A little less than half were promoted to this rank from FEI. Get a clue and a brain, will ya? Also....the hate on this board is typical for what goes on with people who are not getting their way. Sure you aren't the latest of those now looking for a job? Try working and making yourself invaluable.....instead of all the crying/whining.
 






The ISR role is focused on the public sector. Do they work? Hell no. They have maybe 20-25 accounts and show up for a lunch or two. They make more than we do as reps and everyone thinks they are just GOD! Warning: start drinking the kool aid or you ass will get canned, anyone here who bucks the system will be gone. The ISR's except for one or two suck! Anyway this job is just a joke. But enjoy it get paid and ride the train as long as you can. Ask your self, what do other companies hospital reps do? its much different from ours.

This is total bullshit spoon fed to you by your DM. FEI did not lose their company. They found a customer to buy their company for way more than it was worth. The people who ran FEI were venture capitalists. They had the company and ParaGard for a short period of time. During this time they paid their sales reps very aggressively to sell units any way they could. They made a lot of money. That's why a lot of them left. They were taking a pay cut by staying. Oh and before you run off calling anyone a "lier" try spell check dumbass, I was here before FEI.

First of all.... it is spelled "Liar" not lier. Second....I know exactly what I am talking about...you do not. The ISR division was made up of almost half FEI and half Duramed reps. Duramed reps made up just over 50% of the ISRs at inception of this division. I do agree that the FEI reps were probably lazy. They also sold off label under FEI. That is not the case here.

Glad you feel you make more money than the ISRs....not hard considering many do not make much money. I know several that make quite a bit less than other reps. No way they are order takers. Many do much more under that position than they did previously. That's a fact.

I AGREE, BECAUSE I AM A FORMER FEI EMPLOYEE AND ONE OF THEIR TOP 5 SALESMEN. I HAVE NOT BEEN AT FEI FOR 5 YEARS. I AM SURPRISED THERE ARE ANY FEI PEOPLE THERE SINCE OVER HALF LEFT WITHIN 6 MONTHS. FEI WAS PURCHASED BECAUSE WE DID OUR JOB TOO WELL AND GREW THE COMPANY 4 FOLD. THAT IS WHY DURAMED BOUGHT US. WE GOT PAID ONLY IF WE PRODUCED. My manager is a balding, near 40 year old, ugly and short man, who makes comments, while not sexist or totally suggestive has led me to believe he would like you have sex with me.
