Oh, man...I feel so bad for the ISRs. A product that sells itself by price alone in the clinic setting combined with less than two handfuls of accounts must be hard work. What do you think has been driving the sales in the hospitals and clinics?!? YOUR SKILLS?!? You are offering a dirt cheap product to many people who have issues with compliance on other forms of birth control. Last I checked, the Seasonique numbers didn't skyrocket after the ISRs got their hands on it. Could it be you have been experiencing the same BS that we do every day? Or maybe you haven't even bothered to promote it because that would require leaving your house.

If you expect us to give a shit that you aren't making bonus right now, you are dreaming. We haven't been making bonus forever because of unattainable quotas. Most reps on the contraceptive team could handle making phone calls and dealing with credit holds ALONG WITH all the other accounts we have. Why pay you more to do less? You guys are freaking delusional. Jealousy has nothing to do with it. If you remember, the Blue team was calling on these accounts long ago and doing just fine with it.

Again...many ISRs make less than the other reps. FACT. There is no disputing that. There are plenty of long time reps on both the HT and OC sides that make quite a bit more than some ISRs I know. Your assumptions are just that, ASSUMPTIONS! Also Paragard isn't dirt cheap in the public sector, Mirena has taken a massive price decrease in that sector and is within 50 bucks of Paragard. Again....you have no idea what the hell you are talking about. Also...Paragard sales jumped a lot when the ISRs took these positions...ask your management team who were here then..again you have no clue. If you think that all ISRs are not working then you are nuts and YES...jealous. Your problem at this company isn't the ISRs it's your fucking attitude. Start improving your own fucking life and stop blaming a group that you obviously know zero about.

I know some reps make more than some ISRs. These are the reps that started with Cenestin. Do you even know what that is?? How about the "Ice Cube" box??

So you are putting out there a person who has been with this circus for 10+ years makes more than a kissass with less than 5 years here. WTF! Like reps with seniority shouldnt be making more than an ISR.

Do not use a salesman who has somehow lasted 10+ years to prove your weak point. Show some RESPECT you lowlife ahole. There are sales reps in this company who actually helped build this house of cards and now are watching as poor management rips it apart.

I am not a rep with 10+ years here but I do see a problem in that such salespersons are not respected. Not by other reps like you, not by crap DMs who have been here for a cup of coffee, and not by bullshit ABDs who think loyality is a sign of weakness.
I actually heard my manager say one person needed to go because they were here too long.
Whatever happened to praising someone for their efforts and longevity? This place is WACK and the persons who write baddly about long term employees are CRAP!

Put another way, who is most likely to remain:

Younger, preferably single, with low total cost to employ. Common denominator will be cheap, pliable, minimal external distractions (ie families). Geography is meaningless: these people are easy to find, and you can hire 2, maybe 3, for the price of one older experienced rep.
 






Exactly! Thank goodness someone speaks the truth! If you are successful, top 1/3 in the rankings(anyone see those lately???) and make any sort of bonus money...you have a target on your back! Look at what happened to the people let go in the past year or 2.
 






























they are comming and if they can weed out anyone with anything in the meantime they are doing just that. A rep was terminated today for his sample reconsiliation being off for 60 units. this is against company policy so there you have it no severence. this type of thing can weed out many then they have cleaned house. look now. I hear the abd in the south and midwest are on a full blown witch hunt, three reps so far in a week. gone!

another thing all you reps that are out there who trace the paper call sigs onto you computer , smart keep enjoying your day but watch out better have back up plan now. Even the few who have two full time jobs baby! this gravy train is crashing ! ( bet you did not know so many reps are screwing teva as they do the same to us.)

I have been doing this job for over 5 years and just when I think I've heard it all, along comes a new way to cheat the job. Damn! There is no way you should be employed anywhere but Walmart of a place that has lots of cameras because you are a THEIF!

I HAVE ALL THE SYMPATHY FOR A REP WHO WORKS HARD AND DOES IT RIGHT AND THEN GETS MESSED WITH. BUT A REP WHO DOES FORGES SIGNATURES SHOULD BE CAUGHT AND DEALT WITH.
