Law Suits

After reading all these allegations it makes me wonder if anyone has thought about contacting media outlets that do investigative reporting? They might find these stories interesting. Just a thought...

this thread is titled "Lawsuits," but I didn't find mention of a single one in any post. Will someone please clarify?

What a stupid post!

After reading all these allegations it makes me wonder if anyone has thought about contacting media outlets that do investigative reporting? They might find these stories interesting. Just a thought...

Mind sharing the allegations?

Mind reading the few thousand posts on this board? Plenty of allegations. So get a pen and paper, read the posts, and in the end you'll have a list of the allegations.

All I've read about is disgruntled ex employees complaining about how they've been done wrong. I've read lots of name calling and mud slinging. Yeah, that definately sounds news worthy...

That's all you've read? We must not be reading the same board or somebody not being intellectually honest. Start from the beginning, read all the ~2,200 posts, keep track of the allegations, and report back to us later. Go, we're timing you!

Yep, even read the othe thread titled "Lawsuits" and nothing was mentioned other than rumors....so, instead of telling me to go look it up in the dictionary, why don't you just give me the meaning of the word? The answer is, you don't know the meaning.....and you're full of sh!t. Bye.

What? Huh? Is that a real posting? Anyway...

Hey! Couple of questions... First, are these allegations about massive turnover among Territory Managers true? How many Territory Managers who are currently with the company have been there more than, let's say, 6 months? How many TMs currently employed and how many have been hired and/or fired in last year and a half? There were lot's of postings about massive round of firings this past week. Is this true? If so, why were all these people fired?

So I requested information from the California Labor and Workforce Development Agency, Florida Wage and Hour Division , Texas Workforce commission and as well for Georgia.

California had 7 claims submitted in 2015 from employees that worked or were working for Castle Medical. 4 of those claims were settled out of court and the others remain open.

Florida and Georgia have taken longer to get this requested info, but it will be posted as soon as it's received. Gotta love the Freedom of Information Act.

Sorry, I forgot Texas. in 2015 TWC has had 8 claims submitted. TX has not disclosed any additional information.

This information is just for 2015. Who knows what the previous year has to hold.

That sounds like 15 so far from just two states. You know most companies will fire a manager if they have such a terrible hire n fire ratio. I wounded what Castle is doing? Other than entertaining us?
