1. Sitz bath for 30 minuets to clean your destroyed anal area.
2. Consider rectal reconstructive surgery. Especially if you have lost all sphincter control.
3. Full colonoscopy to access all damage to the colon.
4. Laser resurfacing of the anus and colon to repair all tears and anal fissures.
