The majority of the original reps were unemployed. They were hired as window dressing. HOw many of those originals are left?
 






The PIPs will start this week!! The northeast RBD is dead ass last, RT your going to be the first on the PIP ! Next all the last reps in the 6 regions look out and beware

This is about satisfying Tang Capitals beef with Savient spending WAY TOO much. Tang did not just go away, there are negotiations going on behind the scenes. There will need to be significant reduction in the payroll otherwise Tang will be back in court again. I would guess 30 reps are gone along with 3 regionals by August. They will cut bonuses and put you on a pip in order to reduce the payroll. Heads are going to roll.

Nonsense! How much of the $30 million per quarter is going to the reps? The cuts need to come at the top, not the revenue generating field force. The big numbers in "S,G&A" are not in S, but in G&A.

Producers will be rewarded. Understand?

It will be just a sign of the times, "blame someone else" just like our leaders do in govt from the highest office to the clerk at DMV- They inherited the mess, they were not aware that the reps were not going to be effective, bla, bla , bla

there will be major cuts from the top to the bottom. Understand? Stick your head back in the sand. No rep is producing at SVNT otherwise the stock would not be at 76 cents. Understand?

What I understand is that if you were doing your job instead of working this message board, the stock would not be 76 cents. April sales being a lot better than March says something, no?
 






I think the Forest Teflaro drug launch may have you beat. This drug was launched by idiots with no hospital experience and no antibiotic experience. The result has been a 35% turnover rate in 1 year!
 






What you need to understand is that PIPs are not going to make any difference. Truly, how many territories are generating enough revenue to actually support themselves.....by that measure I am guessing 80 - 90% of the territories should be on a PIP.....stick your PIP in your @!!@
 
























If you offer to help a Dr with his/her most intractible gout patient, the treated patient will thank you, the Dr will thank you and you won't loose your job.

Offer to search the charts for RCG patients that haven't had a visit since the Dr said "sorry we can't help you" several years ago and you will earn your keep.

Bottom line too many people on payroll and NOT enough revenue generated! Reduce cost at all cost. Only need two RBDs like most companies (east and west), 30 tsms and the nurse educators, ABLs, Lou, NSD and marketing all need to GO!!! It's over and stop begging for more vials this month it's not coming to happen! Time to close the door and look for another job

Even asking a doctor or nurse to view a chart, will get anyone fired in a second, what kind of freak are you, you do not even work in this industry, you cannot "see" charts and if you are within 20 feet of patient charts you have to report that to the company, this is a huge HIPPA violation. Freaking Idiot!!! Why do you post on our board when you do not even work in this industry? Have you ever heard of compliance? Hippa? Fines? DOJ? You do not mesh chart viewing or pulling with your job as a rep, quickest way out the door..... but I guess at Savient and when your about to lose your job anyway, it makes some sense to try all tactics of the shady nature. Be careful which doctor you try this hack like tactic with.
