Kowa layoffs and downsizing have begun

I agree with the "jobs" description. If everyone in the company was selling as much Seglentis as the #1 rep they couldn't keep the lights on in Montgomery, so how many you currently have isn't enough. Kowa isn't 10% to expected sales and in case you haven't noticed they don't have a plan. That is why they aren't rehiring "jobs". Jeff and his yes men are just trying to keep their jobs before Kowa Japan figures out that the combined IQ of their "LEADERSHIP" group in Montgomery isn't triple digits. November is coming and hopefully some pink slips to all of those that ruined a great culture.

Doing a downsizing would prevent all of the lawsuits Kowa opens itself to with doing CAPS. But, Kowa has never been very smart when it comes to taking care of their ppl. Shame on Kowa!!!

Agreed. That's one messed up dude. I'm going with the diagnosis of 'personality disorder'. I'm no doctor but he certainly fits the definition.
 
























What happened to all of Kowa's R&D facilities that I've read so much about? What about the amazing new ophthalmology drugs we've been told for years that are being developed and super close to being FDA approved???

It appears that insomnia causes a sufferer to conduct conversations with themselves trying to appear as if it really involves more than one commenter. And what caused you to go back and pull the dead issue of HIPAA out of the trash? Nice move waiting until 11:21 am to post the last comment. That was a valiant effort to throw us all off the truth.

This is true. On the confidence calls. It was said the bottom 100 reps generated like 4-5 SEG scripts a QUARTER which is under the new quarter goal. Some districts are performing that bad that the managers have to sit down one on one with them. ALSO reps are just leaving because of the burn out rate. They are just tired of the leadership and way Kowa launched SEG and not happy enough to stick with Kowa so they are just leaving even without a weeks notice.

Stfu nobody got laid off, a few reps had to change territories and if they didn’t want it they left. We don’t lay sales people off. You are ass
