Shut up Unhinged. Nobody wants to hear your ranting, obsessive BS.

I saw his district only averages around 1 SEG script per week per territory. That’s basically the bottom reps. When are they going to start firing the real problem and not blame the reps…
“The real problem”, would involve Lil’ Jeffy pushing a step stool in front of the mirror, climbing up on it, & stare into his own dead, soulless, eyes and admit he’s a fuck up. This is illegal. Is this a directive from upper management? Or some rogue rep's idea?Don’t forget the reps getting the patients full name and date of birth to give to the pharmacy to try to save a reversal.
Please explain what a 'reversal' is. I'm not familiar with this action. Will it help me sell more Seglentis? This is illegal. Is this a directive from upper management? Or some rogue rep's idea?
This is true. On the confidence calls. It was said the bottom 100 reps generated like 4-5 SEG scripts a QUARTER which is under the new quarter goal. Some districts are performing that bad that the managers have to sit down one on one with them. ALSO reps are just leaving because of the burn out rate. They are just tired of the leadership and way Kowa launched SEG and not happy enough to stick with Kowa so they are just leaving even without a weeks notice.

this was a directive from a dm, the same dm encouraged reps to follow pts to pharmacy too
Most likely, they are talking about a pharmacy claim that is reversed....Pharmacy fills the Rx, sends claim electronically to insurance and the INSURANCE/PAYER sets the price......The patient for what ever reason does NOT pick up the MED and the pharmacy reverses the claim.........Please explain what a 'reversal' is.
