Respectfully and I mean no personal harm, this is what you get when you have two leaders that have both spent 15/20 years at one company. Ask yourself “what was their motivation in joining Mimedx?” Were they looking for titles versus a building something they believed in? It happens all the time. Good people with limited experience are assigned leadership positions that are they not only not qualified for, but they never really wanted the responsibility to begin with. This is something that runs deep at any leader’s core, purpose. Apologizing for a situation versus acknowledging the situation and the clearly stating where it is we need to go -are two critical differences between playing a role and leadership. This does not mean they cannot lead through this. However they do have to “own it” and make a choice. It must be hard on them to know they are failing. I want them to do well as this will best serve the org and patients.

Wake up Kim Tim and rohit , when your top sales rep leave and you still have the same person LR in charge of the federal sales force whose incompetence takes away his commercial sales reps during a shutdown pandemic just so he can control the federal call points with 48% of goal being attain I just laugh. This place place is barely on pace to finish a little above 200 million when were above 300 million. I guess it matches Kim’s new commission plan.

The only waves she is making are the waves crashing into the titanic after hitting the iceberg from not looking around the corner of private office spread, failed rct and 60% sales force leaving the company from crappy commission plans that cost reps thousands of dollars of commission. The quote of African America poet angela Mayo. “it doesn’t matter what people do or say, what matters is how you make someone feel.” Kim makes us feel like we are getting lied too about how great the company is doing meanwhile reps with private office are getting crushed by the competition. They pay and set a standard to grow your business while realigning (shrinking territories ) with hundreds of competitors.

Gosh... It is sad that some people need to bully someones character on line like this. Quite frankly, the folks that do this are terribly insecure, small minded and petty. I feel sorry for you. Try and make a positive difference in the world rather than targeting people who work hard. TUT TUT! Shame on you.
