KCI to aquire Systagenix

As a KCI rep, my sympathy to all Systagenix employees. If you don't know what's going on at KCI, please be aware it's a hot mess. No banked vacation and a new comp plan being rolled out Oct for 2014. Not good , very low base and no commission unless you hit plan. Also just FYI , more layoffs to come with no "packages". This is not a good place, be smart and start looking else where, trust me you don't want to be here.
 






It is sad how all of the reps, from both companies involved here have such an inflated sense of self importance. You will all learn how UNIMPORTANT you are to both KCI and SYSTAGENIX.
And all of you BIGSHOT OR REPS had better pay up those malpractice policy's and get your homes in a trust or homestead exemption for it's true value
And yeah, I was an "OR" rep too but things are changing at REAL hospitals

Not sure what this post even means however I will say that nothing will happen in the near future to the reps but with a VC group owning both they will it want all that overhead in salary, etc...

You could bank vacation? You had high salaries? You used to get "packages"? These things are all foreign to us at Systagenix, maybe nothing will change for us. Welcome to our world.
 




































There's so much misdirection here now and people are dropping like flies. I have read the KCI board and I am beginning to feel like many of the posts. TSV's are being so protective of their WC's and nothing is being done.
