I hope everyone is looking for a new job. Liquidation is the likely outcome of all of this - there is no magic bullet - no product on the way that will increase sales. And the company has a huge downside with respect to the litigation that is still outstanding, which will devour much of the remaining cash. It is impossible for this bomb to recover. There is no way private equity would pick this up at virtually any price. And no life sciences company is interested either. The sales contracts are not exclusive, so zero value there, and the IP is useless. Especially with the current "executive" team and the blockheads on the board, the best thing to do would be to commence liquidation proceedings. Our most recent GC knew all of this and fled, and likely the last one did too.
P.S. Yesterday Kara's breath was especially vile.
