Endo is dead, MF is not differentiated enough from an efficacy perspective, yet it carries more AE’s and DC’s so this will look a lot like MM…if ya tried everything else doc there’s always Xpovio…

When can criminal charges be brought against CEO? Does one need to wait for bankruptcy?? This CEO has a just of misleading claims and statements which will be used against him. Love to listen to the trap he is setting for himself as he tries to spin everything in order to get approval for shelf and r/s without incriminating himself. Almost as hard for to him to actually fill a trial and get to readout. If this guy couldn’t run trials, how was he chosen to be CEO, especially with the knowledge that MM was a non starter. How is this guy not in jail yet or not unemployed??

A shareholder lawsuit can be filed and SEC alerted that investors at any time have been defrauded because of misleading/deceptive information disclosures.

An over 90 percent drop in share price under this current management team makes pretty good case for a shareholder lawsuit.
 






Lifetime stock low and no one is acting like anything is wrong. This place is the definition of insanity. Time to move on. I have tried to stay positive and believe...then you see your friends and colleagues who you started with at launch all leave to far better, stable and realistic opportunities and you wonder why you have stayed so long? There is no future here and I do not feel that executive leadership has done anything to help us see it a different way. It's all hope...noting real.

plus they keep failing time after time to produce anything tangible or even hit target goals. But c suite will continually enrich themselves with big bonuses and continue to steal money. SEC should claw back all the money they stole and entire c suite should step down ASAP.

Unfortunately they won't...

RP is a first time CEO so he's just trying to extend his tenure in the position for as long as he can...same with SC as a CCO. They know what they are doing. This is merely a stopover for them. From an SEC/legal perspective they'll claim ignorance since they're both first timers in their roles and no known malice was taking place.

They'll go on to blame MK and the previous commercial and medical leadership as to why Seli never launched well - stating they did all they could do to clean up the mess left behind. Hence, why they fired as many commercial people as they did when they took over...this is career climbing 101 and they are both masterful at it.

I just wish they would back off on all the dumb stuff we do here. Just admit it's not going as we hoped, we know this is a tough company to work at and to stay with, and because of that we are going to tone down the rhetoric and the rah rah, just go and to what you can, and if we are very lucky, maybe this will work out....That is all they should be saying at this point. That would require leadership, something severely lacking here.

PS...the only reason RP and SC are still here is they have no offers on the table. Both have been trying to get out for last 12 months. Fact.
