So I guess that makes you a leader of losers! Why not try to motivate your group as individuals rather then use some arbitrary numbers given to you? That's your job genius! I guess big Pharma training hasn't helped you in the managing people department! I guess your qualified to babysit and nothing more.

Exactly, these ventiv managers tout themselves as MANAGERS, seriously? Managers, you were cast off from big pharma like a huge majority of your reps. You think you are so special? You were laid off--criticizing your reps is like the pot calling the kettle black... YOU WERE LAID OFF--JUST LIKE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bunch of f'n losers.....

I laugh when I see so many reps on here crying a river about their lowly positions, low pay, and where they find themselves as grown adults. I say " HA". I enjoy being a manager. It is nice waking up each day knowing I am successful, unlike all the dicks I manage.

Successful? Seriously? You are a temporary manager. TEMPORARY--you know what that means, right? And you actually don't manage sales people--you are just an employee relations manager responsible for approving expense reports. Do you ever ride in the field? Give input or guidance to the people who report to you? Approve my expense report you temp-manager loser bit-h!!!
