Big Pharma is not what it once was, if you have specific experience for a job posting you have a chance.

Pharma sales is not really sales and never was. Do you leave with a purchase order? You don't. So for all of you who think you are all that you are nothing more then a well dressed catering operation who begs for scripts all while the Dr and staff are laughing at you.

You are not as good as you think you are.

No really, Fuck you. I know I can speak for many of us working these shitty contracts that they suck at best. You are a fucking fool to try to tell people working a low wage to be happy. I am thrilled you are happy in a low paying, discredited, disrespected position. You are a turn and a loser to take one of these jobs, and an asshole to tell the rest of us stuck in the misery to be happy, again fuck you. Love, your cso counterparts

Wow. I guess nobody liked my post. I am a CSO manager and posted the original message. Of course I wish I was a real manager of a direct team. I took what I could get and just like you cry babies I will leave as soon as I am able to get on board with a good company.

It disgusts me that our managers get on here and use this language and talk the way you do. You should all be fired. You are useless to all of us. I had good managers when I had my career. This is a temp. job with a temp. manager. Can it get any worse?

Im the initial poster, not the one who posted this. I work on the BI contract and am perfectly happy. After being downsized two times in the past seven year I took this opportunity right away. Each time I was downsized I was given a 6 month severance. I landed my second big phamra gig two months after I was let go from the first. I knew long prior to being let go from the second so I started looking prior. I had this job just one week after being let go. Therefore I am perfectly happy being here. Salary is a bit less then what I was making before but who cares I basically banked a ton of money from the two severances I have received. So to all of you who are pissed off and feel entitled to bad. Maybe you should have been a bit more proactive and looked for a job sooner rather then sitting home on a paid vacation. The sooner you accept the fact that Pharam of old days are gone the sooner you will be happy with the opportunity you have. Stop crying like a baby and man up. It's not the title of the job or who you work for that makes the person. What makes the person is the kind of character you hold yourself to.

People, quit pretending you posted this. I am a manager and feel as frustrated as each of you. The good thing for me is that I am a manager. I can see how frustrated you reps are. It would be very humiliating to be called a contract rep. but you accepted it. No one made you. Now get your asses out there and work. I agree it is embarrassing and now what any of you would choose. But you did. At lease I can hold my head high and say I am the manager. So kiss my ass you shitty temporary reps.

OP again. A few more thoughts that have come to mind. Not only are you reps insecure you are total losers. You shitty reps make me laugh so hard. You are such a bunch of losers and left overs. Oh what I would give to have real reps. Temps suck. You are what I have to deal with for now.

I am the first to admit we do not need you, you are total overhead but do not get on here and pretend you do anything everyday. I have not seen my manager since Christmas. I am the majority, not the exception. So do not tell us to kiss your ass, you can kiss ours.

No one needs any of us; it is not limited to just the dipshit managers.
 






Most managers whether they be at inVentiv, Innovex or PDI are herms! Yes herms. They continually swing both ways, yanking it in one direction and sucking it in the other. Take a close look at your DM the next time you work with him/her. One minute they will show a bulge, and the next, totally flat as one would look with a camel toe!
