Joke of an Interview

The stock is performing phenomenally well. Maybe you call that mediocrity, but I don’t think most people do.
Yeh. Our stock is flying high because of sales leadership, and not because our meds kick ass for approved and off-label use.
The revolving door in upper-level sales and marketing spots in Plainsboro is just an illusion.

I hope that you're not going to rebut with something like your notorious "We're awesome, cos we have X consecutive quarters of double digit growth" schpeil again?

Who are you arguing with? No one said anything about double digit growth. Are you suffering from PTSD or something or do you just try to win arguments against yourself?

You said that this company was filled with mediocrity, but apparently our meds kick ass and our stock growth is fantastic. Where exactly is the mediocrity? If we’re turning people over quickly, aren’t we ridding ourselves, in short order, of people who aren’t excellent? You just sound disgruntled - pretending that people you don’t like aren’t very good at their jobs. Just shut up and cash the checks, man.

Im not the gal you're arguing with, but I do want to weigh in: I think that it's our medicines and the abundance of morbidly obese people that makes our stock do well. I dont think that it's our leadership with the exception of whoever is in charge of R&D.

It takes a whole team to successfully run a multi-billion dollar organization.
