Let me preface by saying that I don’t work for Intra-Cellular but have worked with several folks JH hired and ran off. I’ve hired many sales professionals over the years and he ran off some great talent in his time. I’ve heard all the horror stories for years and believe every last one of them. He has one of the worst reputations I’ve seen and can’t believe anyone would still hire and even promote this guy. This says something about this company and I would stay far away!!

His reputation continues. One of the most incompetent hires I’ve seen in over 20 years in pharmaceutical sales. He does not motivate his people in the right way. He especially enjoys bullying minorities and females. The ASD promotion was to get him away from reps. Now he’s a problem for managers. Karma will eventually catch up to him. He’ll have a hard time finding a job when this gig ends.

There’s only so much you can be protected from. They don’t want a scandal because of an incompetent manager.

Leadership here is bullet proof. There are no consequences for poor treatment of employees. Especially when they rise to the ASD level. If you don’t like how you are treated, look for another job and keep you head down until you find one.

Hyper emotional management by fear is not a skill, it’s a weakness…. Likely driven by bi sexual tendencies that are still in closet…. In this day and age of inclusion, it’s ok to come out…. Instead of suppressing lifestyle… your people will thank you for it.
