Jen is still saying ‘okkkayy’ as her every other 5th word. Seems like it may be one of the only competent words she knows within her restricted vocabulary.
Really disappointed this thread did not continue at her new employer aldevron. Jen was just named president of aldevron now. She has zero experience in this space.. what is wrong with danaher management. Very sad. How do they not see she is not a true leader..
I've learned some really shitty companies don't want real leaders, they want people like Jen who possess psychopathic traits and low EQ. Jen isn't a leader, she's a hired bully who is willing to burn up all of her relationships for career advancement.
Took a while, but all the things described in this thread are coming true. Most of the execs are remote. It is obvious they haven’t got a clue about the reality on the ground. They fly in to talk to each other once a month and go to a fancy dinner then jet off not to be seen again for four more weeks. Sadly yes she did. We just had some layoffs (49 people) that we needed to cut so we can hire more in Sales and other departments.....I guess the layoffs were known to be happening for months. But Aldevron didn't stop hiring. We laid off people that were hired weeks ago that moved to the area to work here.Did she fire most of the previous leadership team and hire remote "talent" loyal to her?
