Jen Meade destroying Breast Health at lightspeed

Oh boy do I have a lot to say, but I’ll keep it in for now.

Maybe just a little.

Could it be that everyone just wasn’t a fit?

Said another way.

Could it be that the leadership just isn’t a fit for the organization?

By the way, those tests/assessments… once you know what they want from them, are easy to manipulate. Zero value

I can’t believe what SM did to this company, the early years were a ton of fun with a team that was dedicated, passionate and believed in the mission of Women’s Health.

Today, I believe I saw a word someone used in an earlier post that really needs the Webster’s Dictionary to fully appreciate it:

The Leadership Team is: Pretentious

“attempting to impress (each other) by affecting greater importance, talent, culture, etc., than is actually possessed (by them)”

It also looks like Mr. Sean “Skelator” Daugherty just ended up not being a “fit” lol.

The death toll in his wake was a holocaust of real experienced talent, made by poor decision making, terrible hires, terrible terminations, not the mention consciously ending the MD relationships that helped build this company.

This company has never been and never will be a Stryker clone.

This business was about keeping our customers happy and building relationships that drove decisions to use our technology. And YES relationships matter, they always have. No book or “phase” will ever change that. When you only pay people on growth and/or new contracts and minimize the importance of base business you WILL turn into Stryker. Both base and new business matter and can take equal effort.

This is a Women’s Healthcare company that was built on relationships both within the organization and between rep’s and MD’s / etc.

Until SM returns to those principles, the field will never be able to take this company where it was meant to go from its early days.

Coming from someone that has seen the good, the bad and the ugly from the very beginning. Not bitter at all, more sad that all the blood, sweat and tears from so many, didn’t create the lasting legacy it should have.

Wish all those that remain all the best! You all can chance the culture from the bottom up!

Goodbye Sean “Skelator” Daugherty, don’t let the door hit you in the ass on the way out.

- Karma Bitch

Is Sean gone?

Yes, Sean is dead and gone!
And we're just waiting for the Jen's termination to be next. Sean and soon Jen will know karma is a bitch. Don't let the door hit you in the ass.

Wow that is a lot to digest . However , it could not be more accurate . The only thing that was left out was “name of who wrote the posts “. Why hide behind anonymous comments since it tends to ruin the validity of the words? It is unfortunate that very little thought was put into the idea of closing the brain and heart of BSH in Danbury in order to consolidate and fulfill real estate saving requirements unless the end the end goal is to sell the division as a whole having it all under one roof . Sad to know that must be the plan since there is no concern that this will in turn destroy the Hologic name when thought of as a quality state of the art diagnostic/ imaging/ screening brand. It just is not possible to move something with so many years of experience, expertise, and knowledge built into it and think that the same product will be released into the world. Hopefully the hit it takes in quality, production, research , development and design is recoupable otherwise the competition just hit the lotto. Hey maybe this inside decision she made is a sabotage plan and she secretly is working for the competition’s. Newark has and does manufacture a key part of the system but in all fairness there is a huge difference between that and producing all the different product lines and varieties of finished goods that Danbury has and currently makes bit to mention the new technology and systems that were in the near future of being released upon FDA approval. Nevermind disengaged employees and broke. Morale , but when your hanging your hat on a facility that has never even undergone an FDA audit let alone designed , built , released , produced and fulfilled customer requirements while maintaining customer satisfaction when thinking of the Hologic name and what it actually stands for . Big trouble ahead , hopefully it’s not too late to reconsider such an asinine decision

Wow; I've never worked with Jen. I knew her back from Union College. She was in Gamma Phi Beta, one of the nicest sororities. We had some classes together. She definitely wasn't dumb; in fact, she had very high emotional intelligence. I'm not surprised she made it to Division President at Hologic. I hope she took advantage to trade the stock accordingly despite the disclosures required. It appears all these men who get that position have $7,000,000+ million of stock and make even more trading/investing than doing that work. I hope things turn out well for her, her staff and people at Hologic.

She did a lot of damage to her career during her time at Hologic. It wouldn't have been such a big deal if just the numbers were bad (because many companies are also struggling). It's more about how poorly she treated people and made them feel disposable while also royally screwing up the numbers. Showed her true colors as a selfish narcissist.

You've never worked with Jen, but you're posting on a message board specifically for employees where she worked? You say lots of nice things including that you're not surprised she became President.

Hi Jen! No one ever thought you were dumb. You were inexperienced and thought you were smarter than everyone else, and you have no leadership ability at all.

Deep down, you're a weakling and a bully that treated people poorly. Most people that know you professionally are worse for it. Someone above you figured it out. So come and post here to make yourself feel better, but it doesn't change the reality.

Hopefully you learn from it and do better at the next stop.

Rofl! I'm not Jen. As I said, I'm a classmate of hers from 20+ yrs ago.

It's always interesting to read about how people are doing. Like I said, during college, no one would ever get that impression of her. Sadly, based on this thread, it appears the Breast and Skeletal Health Division had a toxic culture and that's not something people can blame employees for. As mentioned, I hope all goes well for the new executive management, Hologic's employees, and Jen.

You are 100% Jen.

Again, you're 100% wrong. If were remotely 1/10 as smart as you claim, first you'd be able to trace my ip address and know I'm not even in Mass.

Second, you'd know our writing styles are different. You clearly aren't the brightest tool in the shed otherwise you'd pick up on the difference.

Whoever you are, I wish you lots of luck, because your ego is going to need it. I have no doubt you were proven wrong in the presence of Executive Management (EM) numerous times no wonder Jen or Shawn or whoever in EM fired or recommended to fire your arrogant ass. If you worked for me and you were that incompetent + arrogant on being wrong, I wouldn't want you either.

Meanwhile I'm still laughing bc you still have it in your dumb ass brain I'm Jen.

Good luck dumbass. Have a good life being wrong and a failure.

Your story is that you were just checking up on a former classmate from 20 years ago and found your way to this board, which doesn't really seem credible, but

1. You know the names of the various Hologic execs
2. You remember Jen's writing style?

You're either Jen or the creepiest person alive.
