Territories are shrinking in January or February. How is this going to impact divisions and positions?
Maybe they can cut the regional managers in half and get rid of some of them
Mediscience - untouched
Concierge - expansion
Galderma - if your not at 5% market share with Epiduo Forte on the chopping block
Theracitix- if your not at 14% market share with Soolantra on the chopping block
Managers with have 10 reps reporting to them that carrying all product lines
Contracted sales force- if they do well they will inherit Cetaphil

Yes managers but only a fraction of them. But question is just DMs or RSMs too?
Dear Mr Leadership team:
There continues to be rumors of changes and you have yet to confirm or deny this.
This is an example of lack of transparency. You continue to think we are stupid and don't give us answers to questions.
Then you wonder why half the sales force has left this organization. All the new reps are stabbing each other in the backs and competing for air time. I've never seen such chaos. The docs see this too.
Every freakin week there is a fire drill or threat bc upper management are all trying to cover their asses. It's time to clean house and make some changes.
It's just a matter of time.
The reps should all just go on strike until the home office listens to us. That will get there attention.
