I have numerous questions to ask them. Q1 POA is important. If they want to cancel Q2 POA that's fine by me.

Be honest management, Rockville has you scared to move a muscle right now. Not sure which way is left or right, up or down. You say one thing to your reps on a Monday morning and Rockville contradicts it Monday afternoon.

On that note, the reps make up the majority of the company, if you keep treating us like we’re expendable the trend of vacant territories will continue to increase. Do you forget that the majority OUR company is made up of us reps? And our tiny opinions? Keep provoking us and your precious time will be mostly consumed with recruitment. These open territories will be trending up.... and if your candidates are worth a @&/! I’m guessing they’re literate and can google search supernus, read this thread, and realizing what they’re getting into..... Maybe it’s in your best interest to hear us out and empathize rather than sitting around trolling cafepharma. Because let’s be honest, if you weren’t scared of our future too ...you wouldn’t be on here late night wondering what we’re really thinking.

All these companies actually launching products and having expansions have January start dates. The recruiters have been hitting Supernus hard. I bet half the field won’t be there in January anyway. That will be wild

I've actually talked to 2 people personally who are leaving to go to CGRPs... January POA might be a quiet one

My start date at SK is 1/6/19 so I've got exactly 2 months left here!! Really only 6 weeks since I'm using my vacation. I can't wait to give my notice on 1/3/20 its going to feel great. What a year 2020 will be for me, I'm moving on to a real company with real opportunity with a REAL product. Add to that I'm getting a bump in base up to $120k!!! My advice to other reps you are worth much more than what supernus would make you think.
