Amazing! VP of sales quits days before national meeting and no one gives a shit! LOL! At a real company there would be so much chatter and questions the board would be filled. Not here! What do you think this means prospective new hires???
 






he was just a gelded mouthpiece there to do what he was told despite the best interests of business. Frankly, the only interaction we ever had with him was 1.) pitiful sales advisory meetings where decisions were made ahead of time and all we heard was the "we care, listen and fight for sales" spew 2.) an occasional email 3.) National meeting between work outs and rub downs 4.) home office where he walked around like Kramer from Seinfeld-"do you work here?" What did he ever do or accomplish? Certainly nothing positive culturally. My biggest gripe with him was the hypocrisy (i.e. fight, care for sales blah blah). Dude, you gave your balls to Marshall to hang behind his door. You should have had some respect for Phili and manned up along time ago. YOUR ACTIONS AND LACK OF SELF-RESPECT LET THE TEAM DOWN AND YOU SHOWED A CRITICAL CHARACTER FLAW IN LEADERSHIP. You had an executive position and didn't earn it, that is not only sad but pathetic.
 












Congrats Jamie. Happy to hear that you quit. Lifevest is the biggest joke. You have joined the elite crew of those that are intelligent and recognized that the whole organization is a joke and quit. If you look at the individuals that have quit over the past six months to a year you'll recognize that they were all intelligent People that have more to offer and deserved a better organization and they found just that and that's why they quit. All that's left at ZOLL lifevest is the people that can't get a real device job and loser degenerates that failed at other companies. iE. Mike Digiilio is a perfect example.
 






I love how JP quit one week before the national sales meeting. I guarantee you he did it completely intentionally just as a big F you to Marshall. Hilariousness at its finest I must say.
