I've decided to leave

Finished winning my 2nd Platinum here. Made 2.5% raise and people at bottom in good standing made it too. I give a rats ass about 3 year stock grants which could be worthless if the market or the company tanks. I am valued so little here. 3 weeks vacation not comparable to other companies out there. Carry on , I'm looking.

3 weeks is good.

You are a clown, immature and stupid. My advice to you is to watch out and save your money. Corporate America takes people like you and spits them out, quickly. Its a game that many are not prepared for. You think your brains, good looks, and intelligence is enough to make it. NOPE. It take a lot of luck as well. You have to find the good people and stick close to them and you help each other out. The problem is there are not a lot of good people left in this game.

You worry about vacation. How silly. Grow up. Understand the world you live in. People go to bed hungry. They have parents that beat them for no good reason....and your dumb ass is complaining about making over 100k and only 3 weeks vacation.

I used to think like you, and burned myself, because I was the best in the company (Pfizer, a much better company than yours), but my arrogance caught up with me.

I wrote this to help you by the way, and I know you will likely come back with a smart ass comment...I get it....well, don't say you were not warned. You have been. Save up every penny and don't think you are important to the Corporate World. You are nothing to them.

People leave. Companies change. Mergers. Buy outs. Sell offs. Lay offs. Expansions. The pharma industry is down. The atmosphere has changed. Turn over rates are high in this industry, not only here. Downsizing is a daily occurrence.

The difference i see here over other companies is reps are leaving on their own, not being forced out. If you have ever worked for a company that is forcing reps out by harassment you will have a whole new perspective on this company.

The good reps are the ones leaving because they are smart enough to know Valiant is the worse place in the industry to work for and they are marketable enough to find better opportunities elsewhere. Those staying are the bottom performers with zero options to pursue!

Oh really? I hate to disagree, but I will. I have been in the industry for nearly 20 years. Only 2of those years was I in the bottom 80%. I have been #1 and #2. Im here. Im staying. I like it. My package is good. Good healthcare. Good 401K options and matching. Stock options. I would like more than 3weeks vacation, but that is standard, so i wouldn't be getting any better somewhere else.

Someone (you) must be a complainer. Hate people like you. Be happy or be gone!

Get a life office troll! This place stinks cos of you.... Read all the " complainers" on this board ,oh and check out all the threads "worst pharma company ever" " worst working environment ever".

Colorado rep left , then hired another Colorado rep and they left after 8 weeks. Pathetic! He was so great according to your over praised brown nose email MM. What an ass you look like. Now for rcommemding home and costing the company money. And please someone finally fire NH in Arizona. His reps can't stand him and docs can't stand him, causing reps lost accounts.. He has had 8 reps quit on him in a year. POS manager indeed. No formal training, harasses his reps and can't manager worth a shit. Embarrassed every time I have to bring this bafoon in an office with me. Hire ups wake up!

hopefully the consultants will consider his last two years of poor performance, and 'throw out the trash'-complete waste of a good salary. Great people can't get a chance when these kind of toads are on the payroll. Wake up upper management!!!!!

Hysterical when great reps leave so quickly after they start and then the trolls that stick around after they leave so quickly bash them!! Sometimes, they just get better jobs. Grow UP!!!These people know it's better at other companies. Stop bashing people when you don't know the truth!!! Look at the management. Look at the history.

Management has to be the worst in the industry. What do you expect from a company that has no check and balance on their management. They couldn't possibly care about the bottom line with the fools in place-thank goodness for the talented and tenured reps in place who don't need a 'waste of skin' manager to do their job!

I love it when a manager leaves the company and upper management allows a disliked OSM from another district to take over. Way to "build the bench" and allow OSRs to gain experience. There's going to come a day when many managers will leave and RL and TP will have no one ready to fill the openings from within. More will be hired from outside and the OSR job will be even more demotivating. Great leadership from upper management.
