You realize that it is only a slow death for sales, correct? All of pharma is looking to rid themselves of reps and it will only get worse. Find something that you enjoy and can still pay the bills.

What's the 6 wks for? Makes no sense. Otherwise itd be 3.5 months warn. Once you get let go you get an individualized severance plan fedexed to you the next day. Everyone's is different.

They simply mean that every rep gets six weeks of severance after WARN and then they get the additional severance based upon their tenure. What's so difficult to understand about that?

Apparently, you and your reporting chain have no clue, but I was also given exactly the same breakdown from my RM as well.

That is Abbotts severance formula that has been used for years now, nothing new and most likely 90% accurate in this case, not a baseless rumor

If you don't think the process has started, look at the job board. As of today 4-15 there are only 2 DM sales jobs and 2 rep jobs. There will be an anouncement this week.

Our call was set up by our DM, and included both Abbvie and Quintiles. RM was on the call as well. This is NOT a test. Cardio Care will cease to exist. No reprieve, no last -minute call from the governor. No move to another team. That's as clear as I can make it.
