The person or persons responsible for pricing Ray should be terminated. Some are already gone but some still remain. They clearly are novices.

This product was doomed from the very beginning. If I were told correctly, there were 35 territories at launch. Now, there are approximately 38 territories out of the money. That is because the majority of the original team is gone because they figured it out and left for greener pastures. They say the grass is not always greener; however, this is one time when it holds water. Not like this sinking ship.

Whoever thought there needs to be 60+ territories selling an expensive Vitamin D is delusional. Some territories have a TRX goal of 600, while some have only 100. This is what’s happening at Opko Renal: If both territories finish the quarter at 85% to goal, they will each receive the same IC payout of $6,375, even if one territory brought in 425 TRX more than the other. What a terrible IC Plan.

It is insane to believe that some territories are tasked with 100 scripts compared to others that are saddled with several hundred. Come on Patty! Since you can not do math, what about taking the national goal and dividing it across the entire country? Some horses eat more than others, and at the end of the day, you still get a steaming pile of manure.

what do you propose? The quotas are based on your past performance. If you have a non performing territory, what is the rationale that it will magically perform? Perhaps you have been sandbagging from the beginning. When you interviewed, didn’t you showcase your elite sales ability to get your job?

Yes if you go to work everyday And see 6.22 HCP per day your sales will go through the roof and you will make goal. It’s in the patti book of sales and sales quotes.

Quotas should take into actual reimbursement potential. But that would require the NAD’s to actually work.
