By your reasoning we should only have eight territories. After all, only eight are above 100%. A handful of territories that were expansions to begin with should go. The entire managed care team should be let go and a couple of competent people put in their place. I have no idea what Ken does but he is tight with Frost.
 






Percent to goal has nothing to do with the overall profitability of the renal franchise. So, the elite 8 folks that are over 100% is a moot point.
The metric that is telling is the business that is or is not being generated from each respective territory. When the expansion took place it was intended to move the needle on the business. Unfortunately, several of those territories did not have a prayer. The analysis to create those territories was flawed. There were hopes created on false data.

The managed care team has managed to create smoke in mirrors to make it appear that they add value. It is just the opposite.
And for the trade account manager, he has the golden ticket. He will not be going anywhere anytime soon.

If you are Not one of the elite 8 territories and are below 100% this does Not mean you are Not a good sales rep. Its the drug stupid! The person or persons that priced Rayaldee should be fired. Scratch that. That’s right they were. Price, reimbursement, 501, co-pay etc plaque our efforts. So if you are one of the 8 get off your high horse for the moon, the stars and the sun are aligned for you. Your poop does stink!

There is only one ending to the titanic. In this version, we can only hope that the so called leadership team is bit first. They are not contributing along with the NADS. Non revenue producers are fish food. Or pond scum.
