Is Ramona going to assume the risk….

that’s because they are making a vax themselves! That’s a lawsuit people

you bastards better give religious exemptions

immunity exemptions

Speaking of that - religious exemption - you don’t need to tell them what religion you are - you don’t need a letter from a pastor or shaman
you just say it is a deeply held religious belief and they have to accommodate under title VII of the civil right act

shut your mouth - say nothing else - and they can you or pressure you with anything else even performance related say it started after the dismissal and sue the hell out of Takeda

If you click on the medical or religious exemption forms in the email, for the medical you get the ADA (American's with Disabilities Act form) and it asks you what accommodations are required for you to do your job, etc. No blanks related to medical exemptions from getting the Covid-19 vaccine, so you have to figure out how to properly fill that out. Also both forms tell you upfront that this is only a request from you, and is not guaranteed, and Takeda will make the final decision on whether or not to accept your request. So bottom line, you are playing the LOTTERY on either one hoping that they except your request. You could very well end up with a letter from Takeda saying the following.....We have reviewed your request for exemption, and based on the information received we are unfortunately unable to extend your employment status, and you are hereby terminated from Takeda effective November 1st. HR doesn't have to call us for clarification, they can accept or deny any request without cause.

No

if they deny - then you get the shot dumbass or leave

why are you so worried?

Fuck Takeda

Well putz...you are taking an unapproved vaccine with loads of side effects. Your small brain can't comprehend what's outside CNN or the cereal box you read in the morning. Mutations occur from vaccinated people as well moron. Viruses find ways to survive. They aren't trying to figure it out from unvaxxed people. Don't hate that you are a sheep. #bidenisthebest

Thanks, but I threw my fax machine out years ago. As far as the vaccine I got, tested in millions, proven safe and effective after millions more received it. The problem is nitwits like you refused to take it, allowing continued circulation resulting in mutations, leading to variants. Vast Majority of hospitalizations and deaths now are in the unvaccinated. Please study how vaccines work. Pretty clear benefits outweighs the risk. Can you say the same about safety of the products that the company is paying you to promote?

I'm all for the dumbfucks who take it. Let the process of natural selection begin there too. At least if you have an underlying condition it will pronounce much quicker now that you have have sheep shot

I’m all for you dumb fucks not taking the vaccine. Let the process of natural selection begin.

So Pfizer moderna and jj hasn't required their employees to get vaccines. That says something. Each site also states it is not fda approved. Keep your vaccine I'm not getting it

someone ask that on call tomorrow
You have heard this, do you suspect these companies didn’t do that because it is antitrust or conflict of interest?
then bingo.

They are rushing us with this Nov 1st timeline! Companies forcing employees to take a vaccine as condition of employment will quickly go to the Supreme Court. Legal analysts all say the Supreme Court will unanimously vote to stop employers from forcing a vaccine as condition of employment, but will likely uphold weekly testing routines.

Definitely unconstitutional, scotus would be forced to quickly shut it down based on our constitution alone. Vote will likely be 7-2 for liberal dissent commentary only.

Weekly testing or even biweekly testing. Customers don't want to see us and those that do have to do so virtually. Most other companies offer an alternative. Or if you are cdc, who, Pfizer, moderna or jj, they just are not mandating vax.
