that’s because they are making a vax themselves! That’s a lawsuit people
you bastards better give religious exemptions
immunity exemptions
Speaking of that - religious exemption - you don’t need to tell them what religion you are - you don’t need a letter from a pastor or shaman
you just say it is a deeply held religious belief and they have to accommodate under title VII of the civil right act
shut your mouth - say nothing else - and they can you or pressure you with anything else even performance related say it started after the dismissal and sue the hell out of Takeda
If you click on the medical or religious exemption forms in the email, for the medical you get the ADA (American's with Disabilities Act form) and it asks you what accommodations are required for you to do your job, etc. No blanks related to medical exemptions from getting the Covid-19 vaccine, so you have to figure out how to properly fill that out. Also both forms tell you upfront that this is only a request from you, and is not guaranteed, and Takeda will make the final decision on whether or not to accept your request. So bottom line, you are playing the LOTTERY on either one hoping that they except your request. You could very well end up with a letter from Takeda saying the following.....We have reviewed your request for exemption, and based on the information received we are unfortunately unable to extend your employment status, and you are hereby terminated from Takeda effective November 1st. HR doesn't have to call us for clarification, they can accept or deny any request without cause.
