Is HP qualified to be in leadership?


How are sales in HP's Area since she's become AD? Are they the strong, robust growth that she would lead everyone to expect from the great visionary leader she touts herself to be? Do the people who work under her respect her? Do they trust her? Do they trust the company more, or less, for having put her there? Do they believe she is looking out for them and the company or simply trying to hang on and inflate her own credibility? If you work in her Area, would you stay with her if given a choice? Honestly, do you think she is a fit for the role she occupies? Or is she WAYYY out of her depth?

Why doesn't someone let Chelmsford know about her???

I've been on dozens of these conference calls she has lead. She has no awareness of the way her ideas are being received. She only cares about hearing her own voice and getting positive feedback. No interest in getting insights or feedback. Just wants to hear "Great idea. You are right on track. Brilliant suggestion. You are SOOO smart..." She has zero interest in receiving thoughts and ideas from people who are working in the field and have a realistic view of how her self-serving initiatives will actually play out. She is too insecure!!! She needs people like Susan to constantly validate her. Such an embarrassment!

YES! Smart people do not have to constantly keep telling others how smart they are.

you just outed yourself. There are only about 3 people naive enough to make that statement. Assuming you're not HP, that narrows it to 2. And you made the comment on an anonymous post because you couldn't say that openly without ridicule. Pretty much hammers home the validity of this thread. Keep your eyes open kid!

Seriously? Don't get in bed with the devil! No one who ever got close to her ever walked away happy. She is worse than you can imagine. Not just professionally. I am close to her circle of "friends " and family. Believe me, she is as odious in her personal life as she is professionally. RUN!!
 






There is mutiny in the ranks. I hope she has an exit strategy...
I can tell you for a fact that her incompetence as a leader are well noted in Chelmsford. It is only a matter of time before she gets sacrificed when the heat gets turned up on those above her. They will drop her like a bag of dirt. Just watch... She remains in her current role only as a convenience to those who will have to fill her position. There are no viable candidates waiting in the wings and not many qualified people from outside want to come here because of the company's well-known bad reputation in the industry.
