Honestly - moving beyond the attacks (which may be well deserved knowing him personally)
MM in Lexington had become a revolving door since GG took over as the reluctant leader of the group. He has had lot of issues keeping the team together and most of the old timers who knew what to do have either left voluntarily or have been forced out because of GG’s Working style which bacially revolves around fear- mongering and rewarding people who lick his ass.
Nepotism is the only way known to him and his team. He tries to move around roles like pieces on a chess board but has failed to bring any service assurance and reliability to the team.
One of his long time buddies - SG was forced to quit after harassment charges were levelled against him. He brought his guy back into the company via backdoor after firing his top managers and SG now reports into him - both are AD’s!!
It’s really bizzare how someone like him was ever appointed to take on a role like him - he has never managed a team of more than 2 people and now manages a team of 50 folks! It’s even more ridiculous that he had continued in this role with less than mediocre performance and blamed the attrition on external factors!
Sad is the only word which describes such atmosphere and people who get into leadership roles only because no one else was willing or able to take the role...
