Totally resonate with this one, Seen 5 managers leave within 6 months of him taking this role (The latest one was let go without notice or severance because he wasn't getting along with Gerry). He is extremely petty and vindictive!

Manufacturing here - the kind of shit he and his team pile on us is just unimaginable! There is this constant tug of war between the Materials management team at Lexington with QC and Manufacturing - Manufacturing and QC often take the brunt for his poor leadership and his pathetic habit of blaming every team around him...

He is good at massaging his leadership and that how he is surviving here, this year we were on the merge of shutting manufacturing a few times - He blamed his purchasing manager and the guy was shown the door...

Really a sorry excuse for a professional, he will be gone soon - Good riddance!

QA here - the kind of shit that he piles on manufacturing and QA should have him fired! 647 was a nightmare and 643 was even worst. His predecessors Pedro and Elizabeth had class and leadership.

This guy has no education or experience to lead a team of 60. The whole MM/SCM team under his leadership have become a bunch of whining a-holes!
 



They all work under this guy named Testa and Susan (HR). Guy could not work his way of a closet...Does not know how to make a decision and is a back stabber. Only reason Susan is still working at Shire is because of the race card

Oh yeah - he was only promoted to this role because Pedro retired and Elizabeth left. Susan and the erstwhile VP - Vincent Dunne set him up to fail and he has sure lived upto their expectations
