No - It is not a nice company to work for. Management sucks. It's so bad they had to give people a guarantee to stop the fall out.
Same as always. We suck

Apparently, it depends on what division of ConMed you work for. I work for ConMed, have bennies, base + commission, expenses + car allowance and mileage. Well compensated. I also work with great people and have great products recently launched as well as in the pipeline. In my opinion, ConMed is a good company to work for (in my division--EndoSurgery).

Hey there Mr. Happy,
Have your EndoSurgery peeps get in touch with AS and let them know about car allowance and mileage. Sounds like a good concept for outside sales people.
You guys are a joke.

Glad you like it here Curt.Conmed is very nice. I get loads of compliments and a corporate birthday card every year! If your at Conmed, your with family! That’s what I say!
No, not at all. It is profit over people. They bought Buffalo Filter and fired nearly the entire company. Tried to offer a severance that was a token amount and was tied to a strict non compete that would have prevented work in most sectors of medical devices. The leadership, all the way up to CEO Curt Hartman, VPs Bill Peters and George Trutza lie to your face and celebrate it when not in your company.
Cannot trust them at all.
