Let's be honest. When it comes down to it, we do work for a pretty good company. The benefits and potential bonus seem to be competitive. The scary part is why are there so many higher ups jumping ship. According to many of the corporate leaders, Shire had a great year, the pipeline is strong, and the future is exciting. Then again I ask, why are so many of the leaders that have grown Shire to this point, leaving. They obviously know something we don't.
As far as the Reps being happy, we would probably all be a lot happier if upper management would stop the "Management by Fear" idea. It doesn't work, it makes Reps do things they normally wouldn't do. Get off our backs and let us do our job. RD's need to start creating an environment that focuses on teamwork and positive ideas. Quit punishing us if we are doing what you ask and meeting our Quarterly Goals. Just because the Nation finishes 1% above us doesn't mean we are idiots.
They are jumping probably hearing being bought out by Astrazeneca. HA!! You think you are unhappy now? Just wait...
