As far as the Reps being happy, we would probably all be a lot happier if upper management would stop the "Management by Fear" idea. It doesn't work, it makes Reps do things they normally wouldn't do. Get off our backs and let us do our job. RD's need to start creating an environment that focuses on teamwork and positive ideas. Quit punishing us if we are doing what you ask and meeting our Quarterly Goals. Just because the Nation finishes 1% above us doesn't mean we are idiots.

No one is "happy" at Shire, most are unhappy while a few are content. Those that play the game may seem content, but deep down inside dislike the company and where things are headed. Reps and RDs included.
