Is anyone experiencing issues with the recruiting agency

speaking for my self I am out for "ME" only
sorry you didn't get a call mr bad attitude

I don't think he/she has a bad attitude. Recruiters used to beg for business. Now since the industry is upside down, they hold all the cards. It's unfortunate b/c there are a lot of good people out there...and a lot of bad recruiters. To not be considered simply b/c you didn't find and kiss the recruiters ass is a shame.

Who is the recruiter? I sent my information to Chelsea HR per the website. While I am sure there are a number of very well qualified candidates, I know that my background and experience is identical to what they are looking for...and still not even a call. I am beginning to think that if Chelsea doesn't even have the sense to even send a 'flush' letter to candidates who have applied, I am not sure they will give a damn about their people once they are on board.

"Rx Sales Pros". If you are what you indicate, someone will hopefully get in touch with you, so thank you for being patient.
Please understand that positions are "territorial", so for any of the given 85, there could be factors that are not made immediately known, such as:

* A preferred internal candidate or employee from a hiring manager's previous company
* The applicant lives way to far from the workload center of the territory
* In prominent metro areas, there is a tremendous amount of high quality competition

Makes perfect sense but it doesn't cost you a dime to have the decency to send an e-mail to the people who expressed an interest in your company and let them know they are no longer being considered. While you sit on the fence and do nothing, the boards of speculation on cafe pharma will continue to be lit up with negativity. I can't imagine Chelsea would want that at this stage.

Completely agree----and yes that is very fair of you to expect from us, BUT please know there are weeks left in this process and we are working nights and weekends to decide who should be called and eventually seen face to face.

You are thinking the process is already over, but it is definitely not. This is why you haven't received that "thank you for applying email". We have every intention of contacting everyone to let them know the outcome---one way or the other, but things are not decided yet.

* the negative person posting must either be from sanofi or astraZ
* another reason to not hire big pharma
* many qualified people in industry with 5, 10, 20, 25+ years have been outa jobs
* many qualified looking and however a company chooses to interview, hire, outsource, they can't phone screen and interview f2f everyone
* several people will just receive thank you emails when process complete
* obvious company is specific looking for specific type for orphan sales cuz its very different

dear mr. bad attitude "I'm sure the co. is making good decisions and by your unprofessional comments you will receive a thanks but no thanks email soon. =>
no one owes you anything and there are many qualified candidates out there
