Ironshore Reps Morale Very Low Here

There are 2 in my region interviewing right now that I know of out of 8 and 3 already left this year. Morale is low and no one is making money. Even at plan pay out is low and I'm doing "well". People are leaving or looking to leave . No money, no support and bad leadership

So I have a question for you. How much to you think a rep should be paid per year for bonus when they are 100% to goal. What should be our yearly 100% pay out? I am interested in everyones answers

In todays industry 100% to goal should be a bonus of 20k. Anything less than 10k a quarter is robbery. But for a company like ours 20k a quarter should be the thing. Incentive is incentive. This current plan is close but they need to do a little better. And if they do watch how much harder everyone works.

I like it, give a little more and get a lot more in return.

Idiot rep

There are awesome managers here, but unfortunately with the great, comes some awful ones. So much for having an opportunity to evaluate management. Just got scenario questions. No opportunity to state they are great or need improvement.
New hires state base is up to 140K. Hope they bring the people already here up to that.

There no way new hires come in at 140k. IronShore is hiring people with little to no pharma/medical experience because they will put up with the micro management and daddy daycare vibe here.

That is incorrect I believe they are being quoted 105-115. Definitely below industry standard. Pay poor only hire poor.
